My only guess is that the Rangers have some sort of contest going tonight to see who can write the funniest joke on the walls of the penalty box, thus every player is trying to go there as much as possible. Higgins is called for interference. Rangers penalty kill, led by Drury (who is having a HUGE defensive night), getting tested HEAVILY tonight.

Update: With 41 seconds left in the power play, the Caps put too many men on the ice. That kills the end of another power play for the Caps. Second bad mental mistake of the period for the Caps, hopefully the Rangers can "capitalize" and get some breathing room heading to the 3rd.
