New Period, same results, Rangers go to box

Rangers have controlled most of the play to start the second, but have yet to light the lamp against theodore. After a nice rush by higgins got theodore out of position, Gaborik skated past a puck in front of an open net. Another near miss for the Rangers.

Rozsival continues to have an incredibly shaky/bad game and gives up the puck in the Rangers zone. (Girardi, Gilroy also have giveaways in the Rangers zone, not a great night for the defense so far) Rozsival follows by taking a penalty, putting the Rangers down a man.

Update: Drury gets called for high sticking, the Capitals get ANOTHER 5 on 3, this one for over 90 seconds. Going to be very tough for the Rangers to survive this, especially with Drury in the box for the 5 on 3.

Update 2: ANOTHER penalty, but this one on Green. Terrible penalty to take. Tripping in the offensive zone up 5 on 3? Rangers needed that. It will be 4 on 3 for Washington
