Rangers score on the 5 on 3...possibly. The Rangers were hacking away at the puck at the feet of Ersberg, and knocked it into the net a good second before the Ref blew his whistle (stopping the play, not seeing the puck, thinking Ersberg had control of the puck).
They are looking at the replay now, and unless the refs are on the kings payroll, or are Kings fans (which was covered in the pre game notes), Rangers should take a 2-1 lead with their second power play goal of the game.
