Hi! We're back on the air here after a 4 day hiatus (and frankly, I have no idea what a hiatus is even though we were on one).
Not much has changed since Wednesday: Your Rangers still cling to a playoff spot - tied for 3rd in the Metro with the capitals - but holding a handy game at hand.
Tonight we face the Detroit Red Wings (13-6-5) - who jumped to the Eastern conference in a inexplicable move that still really annoys the puck out of me. (Editor - I just had to clean that up - let's move on to the starting lineups).
Yes - here are the starting lineups. Note that Cam Talbot has the start in goal even though the Rangers have had several days off. Also notice that Tanner Glass (plus-minus of -9 and he's got the mumps!) is sitting. Also Duclair is out and I'm thinking maybe they will send him down for the year after all.
RANGERS Lines
Rick Nash -- Derick Brassard --Mats Zuccarello
Chris Kreider -- Derek Stepan -- Martin St. Louis
Carl Hagelin -- Kevin Hayes -- Lee Stempniak
J.T. Miller -- Dominic Moore -- Jesper Fast
Ryan McDonagh -- Dan Girardi
Marc Staal -- Dan Boyle
Matt Hunwick -- Kevin Klein
Cameron Talbot
See you all after it's over. Pucks out!
